Job Title: Registered Nurse

Shift: Day 4×10-Hour (07:00 – 17:00)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Experience: Minimum 3 years required
License: Valid Oklahoma or Compact License required
Certifications: Wound Certification preferred

Must-Have:
– Familiarity with EPIC charting
– Basic dysrhythmia training preferred

Job Description:
– Provide high-quality care in an acute care hospital within a Level 3 Trauma Center
– Manage wound care for patients with varied top diagnoses including altered mental status, CHF, stroke, ortho, surgical patients, DKA, and infections
– Adhere to a zero-fault attendance policy with strict guidelines on missed shifts
– Participate in an 8-hour orientation with non-billable modules required pre-start
– Comply with the policy on requested time off, which allows up to 5 days off in a 13-week assignment, excluding holidays
– Commit to the job’s start date and maintain flexibility with no block or specific scheduling requests
