Job Description:

– Responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in a telemetry setting.
– Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
– Monitor and interpret patient vital signs, making clinical decisions based on assessments.
– Administer medications and conduct patient assessments as needed.
– Adapt to the needs of different patient assignments within the float pool.
– Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
– Follow all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
– Provide education and support to patients and families regarding care plans and procedures.
