License: Valid State License required; Missouri requires a MO license or a compact license in the home state
Certifications: ACLS and BLS required

Must-Have: Experience with cardiac drips, sheath pulls, central line management, and EPIC charting system

Job Description:

– Work in a high-risk cardiology floor, managing cardiac drips, TAVR, and post-CABG/VATS patients.
– Required to perform bedside shift reports every shift covering all aspects of patient care.
– Conduct hourly rounding on all assigned patients.
– Maintain a patient ratio of 1:5-6.
– First-timers are accepted for this role.
– Must work every other weekend as per policy.
– Clinician will not be on-call but may float within the scope of practice to meet facility needs.
– No local candidates accepted within a 75-mile radius, except for Patient Care Technicians, Certified Nurse Assistants, and Medical Assistants.
– Compliance deadline is 3pm CST on the Wednesday of the week before the initial start date.
– Must complete modules pre-start, required for RNs and LVNs.
