Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join the Cardiac Telemetry unit at a reputable facility in Stockbridge, GA. The RN will provide expert care to adult and geriatric patients with a range of cardiac and medical-surgical conditions. The role requires experience with cardiac drips, arrhythmia management, and post-cardiac procedure care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide care for patients with CHF, chest pain, renal issues, COPD, DVT/PE, and post-cardiac catheterization
• Manage cardiac arrhythmias and administer medications such as amiodarone, cardizem, heparin, dopamine, and more
• Handle overflow IMCU patients and basic Med/Surg cases
• Accurately chart using Epic and manage medications via Pyxis
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and follow SBAR communication
• Float to other units as needed
• Work every other weekend and rotate holidays based on facility guidelines

Required Qualifications:
• Active RN license (Georgia or compact)
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a telemetry or step-down unit
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA)
• Proficient in cardiac drip administration and arrhythmia recognition
• Experience with Epic and Pyxis preferred
• Must wear navy blue scrubs
• Full compliance required to start; max 7 days RTO allowed
