Job Title: Telemetry Registered Nurse

Experience: 2 years of telemetry experience required; first-time travelers accepted
License: Active RN License
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS; CPI (on-site during orientation)
Must-Have:
– Weekends: Every other weekend required
– Holidays: Required as scheduled
– Floating: Required within the specialty and lower acuity as needed
– On-Call: Not required
Description:
Telemetry RN needed for night shifts.
36 or 48 hours accepted per week.
Orientation consists of 24 hours.
CPI certification will take place on-site during orientation.
Travelers are required to complete their labs within 72 hours of signing the contract.
RTO must be included at the time of the initial submission and cannot be changed or added once offered.
RTO should not exceed 7 days, and if more than 4 consecutive days are requested, an additional week will be added to the end of the contract.
Most locations will allow for one major holiday off during the winter season.
Candidates must have an active license and provide two satisfactory professional references from recent employers.
Candidates will float within the facility, and travelers are the first to float.
All candidates must be comfortable floating with no restrictions or special requests as long as it is within their scope of experience.
Return travelers must have been away for at least 6 months.
All former staff must be gone for 12 months before they can return.
Most locations allow for one contract and one extension before a 6-month break is required.
