Description:
The position is for a Registered Nurse in a telemetry unit.
The nurse will work 12-hour AM shifts.
The unit has 32 beds with a nurse to patient ratio of 3-4:1.
Common diagnoses and treatments include post-heart catheterization, jaw surgery, chest pain, and critical care stepdown.
Nursing duties may involve pulling sheaths.
The charting system used is Cerner.
The position requires floating as needed based on skillset.
Weekend requirements include working every other weekend.
There is no call requirement associated with this position.
