Description:
This travel nursing position is in a telemetry unit.
The unit consists of 38 beds and a total staff of 73.
Night shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 7-9 RNs, and 2-3 MSTs.
Patient ratios are 4-5 per nurse for both day and night shifts.
The unit is equipped with lifts, dynamap, and cardiac monitoring equipment.
The EMR system used is Meditech.
Candidates with cardiac experience will be considered first.
Typical procedures include cardiac drips, cardiac catheterizations, and post-operative care for VATS.
The ideal candidate will be team-oriented and possess a positive attitude.
The unit offers new lift equipment and mobile technology.
Self-scheduling is available as permitted.
