Travel Nurse RN – Telemetry – $1,615 per week in San Antonio, TX

Job Title: Registered Nurse

Shift: 07:00-19:00, with weekend rotating shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Telemetry or Hospital experience
License: Active Texas RN License
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH

Must-Have:
– At least 2+ years of Telemetry or Hospital experience
– Experience with Meditech preferred

Job Description:

– Be part of a unit with 14 ICU beds and 20 Med/Surg beds, maintaining patient ratios of 1:2 in ICU and 1:5 in Med/Surg.
– Collaborate with a team that includes 1 PCA and 1 UC for optimal patient care.
– Document care using Meditech.
– Expect to work every other weekend, and please be committed to excellent attendance.
– Participate in floating as required, in alignment with the floating policy.
– Follow dress code, wearing navy scrub tops and pants, and a navy or white scrub jacket.
– Maintain professional grooming standards and cover tattoos whenever feasible.
– Participate in a supportive environment that offers new equipment and technology, with a staff experienced and committed to excellent service.
