Job Description
Shift- Day & Nights both shift available/ 12 hr shifts – 36 hrs/week
Every other weekend including holiday rotation if scheduled
On Call Requirements: None
Travelers must be COVID vaccinated; Medical/Religious Exemptions provided upon request
Any candidates submitted with a taxable home address within 60 miles of the facility location will be billed at a rate 10% less.

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients through the application of the nursing process.

OT/Holiday Multiplier: 1.25x
If scheduled for 48 hours, OT billed after 48
If scheduled for 40 hours, OT billed after 40
If scheduled for 36 hours, OT billed after 40
NBO: 8 hrs
- Illinois Nurse Agency license MUST be active. This is NOT the Nursys report. This is an Agency License from the State of IL.
- Iowa Nurse Agency license MUST be active. This is NOT the Nursys report. This is an Agency License from the State of IA.
- IL RN license active at time of submission. If IA RN license is NOT active, MUST show proof of application for IA RN single state license or Compact RN license before cleared to start.
Submission Requirements
- 2 years current experience in PCU, Cardiac/Tele or Stepdown – Required
- Strong cardiac skillset and care
- May be expected to float to across all campuses
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
- Work history/resume
- Home/taxable address (just need to be listed somewhere in profile, ex. resume, in the notes section of the submittal)
- Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date)
- License verification
- Copy of BLS (AHA) or ARC
- References – highly preferred (if not provided, will be required to complete during onboarding if candidate accepts an offer)
