– Robotics experience
– Neuro experience
– Gynecology experience

Description:
Cerner experience is required.
No first-time travelers.
Common cases include:
– Orthopedic: total knees, hips, shoulders; knee and shoulder scopes; total shoulder arthroplasties.
– Urology: procedures such as cystoscopies, ESWLs, TURPs, penile prostheses, orchiectomies, open prostatectomies.
– Gynecology: numerous hysterectomies, D&C, slings, robotic hysterectomies, a considerable amount of gynecologic oncology, salpingo-oophorectomies.
– Neuro: extensive orthopedic spine surgeries, brain tumors, craniotomies, subdural hematomas, transsphenoidal tumors, VP shunts.
– Hands and podiatry procedures.
– DaVinci robotic surgeries.
– Vascular: various small procedures such as AV fistulas, thrombectomies, carotid endarterectomies, femoral popliteal bypasses (open).
– General surgery: both open and laparoscopic surgeries, robotics.
– ENT procedures including tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, pediatric ENT, and bariatrics.

The candidate will need to be available to float between facilities.
There may be a requirement for call on weekends.
Weekly guaranteed hours consist of 40.
Shifts may vary between 8, 10, or 12 hours, depending on unit needs.
Cancellation policy allows for shifts to be canceled up to four times during a 13-week assignment, with differing policies for shorter assignments.
Charting will be done using Cerner.
