Description:
Develop and implement comprehensive nursing care for patients through assessment and nursing diagnosis.
Create patient care plans and provide leadership by collaborating with nursing and other healthcare personnel.
Maintain high standards for professional nursing practice in clinical settings.
Develop systems to provide care for a diverse patient population, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
