Description:
We are seeking a registered nurse to join our rehabilitation unit.
The unit has 35 beds with a patient ratio of 5-7 patients per nurse.
Nurses will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and mental health professionals.
Responsibilities include medication administration, IV management, bladder scans, trach care, tube feeding, Foley catheter insertion, bladder irrigation, and blood administration.
The documentation system used is Meditech.
Nurses will work 12-hour shifts, with rotating weekends.
Dress code consists of navy blue or white solid scrubs.
