Description:
Mandatory questionnaire required for submission.
Candidate must be aware they are being submitted and must have the job description reviewed with them.
Candidate must be flexible with scheduling and understand the zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences.
Candidate must complete compliance on time without barriers.
Candidate must be aware of the Pass/Fail EKG exam required for all RNs, regardless of specialty.
Rotating every third weekend and holidays as needed.
Floating to various campuses may be necessary.
Experience with CVA, TBI, ABI, spinal cord injury, neurological diagnoses, and generalized debility is required.
Responsibilities include interpretation of laboratory results and medication reconciliation.
Conducting patient health questionnaires and vital signs monitoring is part of the role.
Duties will involve dressing changes and setting up aseptic/sterile procedure trays.
Capillary sampling, labeling specimens, and phlebotomy will be required.
Telephone triage and pharmacy calls/patient refill requests are part of the responsibilities.
Patient ratios are 1:6.
Candidate should be prepared for the EKG exam without study materials provided.
