Adelphi Staffing is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide direct patient care at a facility in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidates will deliver high-quality nursing services to patients with mental health conditions, following established protocols and standards, and will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote patient recovery and overall well-being.

Requirements: 
 • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing)
 • Current and Unrestricted Arizona RN License
 • BLS (AHA)
 • Valid CPI Blue Card – Current certification in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) with Advanced Physical Skills
 • Prior experience in psychiatric or behavioral health settings preferred.

Responsibilities: 
 • Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for patients with mental health conditions.
 • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
 • Monitor patient responses to medications and treatment interventions, reporting any adverse reactions.
 • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with hospital policies.
 • Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and provide input on patient care strategies.
 • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, state regulations, and healthcare standards.
 • Adhere to safety protocols and infection control guidelines.
 • Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
 • Any other duties as assigned.
