Submission Requirements

NOTE MAY START DATE.  THIS START DATE IS FIRM!  

  • 3+ years PCU, Med /Surg, Tele experience -Required
  • Tele experience – Required
  • Basic dysrhythmia test required in profile
  • Previous travel experience – Highly Preferred
  • Rural/small facility experience – Highly Preferred
  • Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment

Profile Requirements: 

  • Cover page, if applicable (not required)
  • Work History
  • License/Certifications (Nursys, BLS and ACLS, JUNE START – Facility will not pend license/certs)
