License: Active Registered Nurse license in any state
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH

Must-Have:
Experience with a patient ratio of 1:4-6 in a similar unit
Experience in ventilator management
Completion of online EKG tele competency assessment before starting assignment
IV start skills preferred
Experience with EPIC

Description:
The role requires providing skilled care to a diverse patient population, including those with neurological conditions and high-risk respiratory issues.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to function either in team nursing or primary nursing models as needed by the unit.
Nurses will partner with LPNs and PCTs to ensure efficient patient care.
Travelers may be required to float to other specialty units as necessary.
Availability to work every other weekend and holiday is essential.
Staff must be adaptable to changes in patient care needs based on unit requirements.
Candidates will need to comply with floating and assignment policies as defined by management.

Completion of required assessments and competency evaluations is necessary prior to the start of the assignment.
Participants should maintain all necessary certifications and licenses throughout the duration of their employment.
