Willingness to float to different levels of care
Description:
The position involves providing care in a high-acuity medical progressive care unit.
Registered Nurses will be expected to manage multiple cardiac drips with a focus on stability.
There will be cases involving multi-organ failure, liver failure, and pulmonary issues.
Travelers will be required to work every other weekend as per the contract, adjusting as needed based on operational requirements.
Charge nurse responsibilities may be included with appropriate training and resources provided.
The role requires a strong background in critical care nursing and an adaptability to various patient care levels.
Float requirements may involve working at different units or affiliate hospitals as directed.
Travelers must adhere to the staffing ratios established for the unit.
