- Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered – please include a copy in submission
- 24 months minimum of current PCU experience – REQUIRED
- Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION – REQUIRED
- No Nursys Hits – REQUIRED
- Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.
