• Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered – please include a copy in submission
• 24 months minimum of current Level I Trauma PCU experience – REQUIRED
• Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION – REQUIRED
• No Nursys Hits – REQUIRED
• Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days. 
• Travel experience – Preferred
