Travel Nurse RN – PCU – $2,306 per week in Lancaster, SC

Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Specialty: Neuro/PCU

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Night, 4×12-Hour (19:00 – 07:00)

Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off one shift every two weeks

Experience: Minimum 2 years required

License: SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH

Must-Have: Tele competency required

Job Description:

– Manage patients in a Progressive Care Unit with a ratio of 1:4-5
– Night shifts are available, with the possibility of 3×12 or 4×12 schedules
– Weekends required every other weekend
– No on-call requirements
– Nurses may need to float within their scope to meet facility needs or between similar units
– Local candidates within 60 miles may be accepted on a case-by-case basis
– All requested time off must be submitted at the time of application; no additional PTO will be approved after accepting the assignment
– Nurses must be flexible with schedules to fill unit needs
– Must adhere to a policy allowing two call-outs per contract without documented medical reasons
– During hurricane season, employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams
– Familiarity with Epic charting systems is beneficial
– Must wear designated scrub colors: Ceil Blue or Navy
– Flu vaccine required, with medical/religious exemptions considered
– Orientation includes 16 non-billable hours, and modules may require an additional average of 4 non-billable hours, completed pre-start
