Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty required.
Level 1-2 trauma experience required.
Trauma/general surgery post-operative patient experience required.

License:
Compact or state license required at time of submission.

Certifications:
ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required.
Telemetry experience required.

Must-Have:
Experience with abdominal surgeries.
Strong skills with foley catheters, surgical drains, surgical oncology, wound vacs, ostomy, ports, PICCs, TPN, and lipids.
Candidates must float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals.
Rehire eligibility will be checked prior to offer.

Description:
This unit cares for acute progressive patients with heavy trauma and gastrointestinal post-operative cases.
Candidates should have a robust skill set and clinical experience relevant to trauma and surgical recovery.
Commitment to maintaining a safe and effective environment is crucial.
Flexibility to meet floating requirements is also expected.
Emergency call responsibilities may apply.
Modules and orientation requirements will be necessary for all candidates.
