Description:
Resource Pool RN position available.
This role involves working three 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM.
Travelers may be pulled or floated to another unit as staffing needs change every four hours.
Patient ratios are 5:1 in PCU and 6/7:1 in MS.
All requests for time off must be submitted upfront.
Compliance documents are due one week prior to the start date.
Travelers are expected to work at least one holiday per season, which includes two winter holidays.
Local candidates are not accepted; candidates must reside outside a designated distance from the facility.
Previous employees must be gone for a minimum of one year before returning to work as a traveler.
Orientation includes 24 hours of training, which is non-billable if completed within the first 24 hours of onboarding.
