Must-Have:
– Previous PCU/Stepdown experience

Description:
3 South Stepdown unit.
BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications are required.
Kentucky RN or compact license is required.
Staffing ratios are 1:4 or 1:5.
Previous experience in PCU or Stepdown is required.
All facilities work a schedule of 36/48 for the two-week pay period.
Ratios may fluctuate with patient census and staff call-ins.
Orientation is provided bi-weekly.
Assignment confirmation needs to be completed within 24 hours of accepting the offer.
Candidates must reside within 100 miles of the facility to be considered.
