Travel Nurse RN – PCU – $2,125 to $2,150 per week in Columbus, OH

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in a variety of PCU/stepdown units throughout the hospital system.

• Float to units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed.

• Manage patient ratios averaging 1:3–4.

• Start IVs, interpret telemetry, and respond to changes in patient condition.

• Accurately document using EPIC electronic health record system.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

  Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years recent PCU or stepdown nursing experience.

  • Certifications (Required):

    • BLS (Basic Life Support)

    • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

  • Skills Required:

    • IV insertion

    • Telemetry monitoring and interpretation

  • System Experience: EPIC (required)

  • Previous travel experience: Preferred
