Submission Requirements

• 2+ years of experience – Required
• Neuro PCU Experience – Required
• BLS (AHA) & ACLS (AHA) – Required
• NIHSS – Required
• Recent traveler experience – highly preferred 
• ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION (Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer / Please obtain this information prior to submittal / Requests after offer can be cause for rescinded offer)

Profile Requirements:

• Work History
• Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
• 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
• Candidates’ Permanent Address (Facility will consider local candidates – 50-mile radius restriction for one 13-week contract)

Certification Requirements

• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)
• NIHSS

State License Requirements

• Michigan
