• Certifications Required:

  • ACLS

  • BLS

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of RN experience

• Weekend Requirement: Yes, weekend shifts required

• Float Requirement: Yes, must be willing to float to med/surg if needed

• On-Call Requirement: No

• First Time Travelers: Not accepted unless approved (no more than 1 of the 3 contracts allowed, please call out all first-time travelers in the review email)

• RTO Restrictions: Must work 2/3 of major holidays (New Year’s Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)

• Block Schedule Accommodation: To be discussed

• Locals: Not accepted

• Pending License: IN State License must be in hand prior to submission (No pending IN licenses)

• Float Within Scope: Yes, may float to med/surg if required
