Certifications: BCLS, ACLS required

Must-Have:
– 3 years of PCU experience required
– IV start and TelePIC experience required
– Previous travel experience preferred

Description:
This position involves weekdays and some weekends.
Rotating holidays are expected.
The candidate will be required to float within units of the equivalent or lower level of acuity.
There will be an estimated patient ratio of 1:3.
Candidates must complete fingerprinting as soon as they sign the contract.
All candidates must be made aware of the urgency of the fingerprinting process.
Candidates must provide two professional references.
At least one reference must be from a manager or someone in a formal leadership capacity.
No coworker references will be accepted.
Former employees are eligible for a travel assignment if they have been away from the facility for six months or more.
Current employees are ineligible to be hired as travelers.
Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.
Orientation is 24 hours and is non-billable.
