Must be flexible with weekend requirements, accounting for unit needs.
Travelers must be able to work 50% of the weekends during their contract.
Refusal to float may lead to termination of contract.
Willingness to precept or have students shadow while on assignment.
First-time travelers accepted.
Orientation includes 12 hours of training.
Must complete all non-billable modules prior to start.

Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our PCU specialty.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telemetry.
Experience caring for patients with CVAs, hydrocephalus, brain tumors, seizures, and TBIs is essential.
Applicants should be comfortable managing a variety of patient conditions and surgeries.
Frequent floating to different levels of care may be required, including Med-Surg, PCU, and ICU.
Staffing ratios typically include 1:3-4, with potential for higher ratios during emergencies.
Candidates must be ready to adapt to changing unit needs and provide high-quality patient care.
All travelers are expected to actively participate in care and share resources as needed.
