Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in an acute care setting.

  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new units and workflows.

Education Requirements:

Required:

  • Nursing Diploma
    OR

  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN/ASN) from an accredited school

Preferred:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)

Certifications & Licensure:

  • Active RN license in the State of North Carolina

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA or ARC

  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – AHA or ARC
