**Job Description:**

– Work in a Step-Down Unit with 8 beds.
– Serve on either a Day Shift or Night Shift team, typically with 2 RNs and 1 Patient Care Technician (PCT).
– Maintain patient ratios of 1:4.
– Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software Meditech.
– Engage in typical procedures performed in step-down care settings.
– Communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
– Ensure quality patient care adhering to unit standards and practices.

Note: Candidates with NIH certification will be prioritized. A great communicator and team-oriented personality are essential for success in this role.
