– Work in a 20-bed stepdown unit
– Patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:4
– Provide intermediate care to patients transitioning from ICU
– Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver high-quality care
– Monitor patient condition and progress
– Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
– Document patient care accurately and timely
– Communicate with patients and families regarding care plans
