Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Specialty: Stepdown ICU

Job Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Night 3×12-Hour (18:45 – 07:15)

Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year required, 2 years preferred

License: South Carolina license or Compact license required prior to start

Certifications: BLS and NIHSS required; ACLS and CPI preferred

Must-Have: Epic experience, Tele competency, Cardiac Telemetry experience

Job Description:

– Work within a Medical Surgical Stepdown Unit with ratios of 1:4.
– Participate in a night shift schedule, including every other weekend.
– Flexibility to float within scope to meet facility needs.
– First-time travelers are accepted.
– Experience in community hospitals and previous charge experience is preferred.
– Open to accommodating block schedule requests, though not guaranteed.
– Support during hurricane season may be required.
– Completion of non-billable modules pre-start is necessary.
– Flu vaccine required, with medical and religious exemptions only.
