Must-Have: Experience in burn and reconstructive nursing, ability to care for stroke and cardiac patients

Job Description:
– Work in a 22-bed Burn and Reconstructive unit.
– Provide patient care alongside a team consisting of RNs, Patient Care Technicians, and a Unit Coordinator.
– Maintain patient ratios of 1:3/4.
– Utilize standard medical equipment and EMR software, Meditech.
– Perform typical unit procedures such as dressing changes.
– Collaborate effectively with both day and night shift teams.
– Possess an independent personality to manage patient care efficiently.
– Float between PCU/Tele/Med Surg Zones as needed.
– Adhere to the dress code of navy blue scrubs.
– Follow unit guidelines and policies.
– Work every other weekend as required.

Note: Detailed guidelines or policies can be provided during orientation. Weekend shifts are part of the rotation, but on-call duties are not required.
