Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)Job Specialty: OR – CirculateJob Duration: Not specifiedShift: Days, 8 hours Monday-Friday with call requirement of 3 days a week, including every 3rd weekendGuaranteed Hours: Not specifiedExperience: 2 years of current hospital experience in OR, with additional experience in ENDO requiredLicense: Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and registered with the New Hampshire State Board of NursingCertifications: – Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)- Basic Life Support (BLS)- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)Must-Have:- OR circulate experience with ortho (including total hip, total knee), general surgery, podiatry, ENT, ENDO- Familiarity with computer applications- Central Line, IV start skills- Vent BiPAP experience- Technical aptitude and a willingness to learn software applications- Training or experience in nursing activities for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populationsJob Description:- Provide professional nursing care to surgical services patients under the direction of the Surgical Services Director- Ensure that everything is readily available and in good condition for procedures- Maintain accurate documentation for patient records and legal purposes- Document the surgical process, team involved, and any complications- Scrub PACU experience preferred, but the main need is for a Circulating RNSome Employee Benefits:- Full-time medical benefits- Health savings care plan- Dental and vision benefits- Life insurance (short and long-term disability)
