Weekend and weekday call schedule includes 3 shifts of 12 hours every 4-5 weekends on call and one weeknight on call.
The organization operates on low, mid, and high performer expectations.
If a traveler is determined to not meet performance expectations, the contract may be terminated immediately.
Holiday coverage is required.
