Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: 12-hour day shift

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Experience: One year full-time or three years part-time experience in an acute care setting preferred

License: RN license required

Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required

Must-Have: Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program

Job Description:
– Play a critical role in delivering patient care during surgical procedures, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients before, during, and after operations.
– Collaborate with a multidisciplinary surgical team, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists.
– Prepare the operating room and maintain sterile techniques.
– Implement protocols for infection control.
– Demonstrate effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Exhibit effective interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
– Adapt to multiple and changing priorities.
