Description:
Previous permanent employees may qualify for travel contracts in the operating room on a case-by-case basis.

Candidates from other facilities are eligible for travel contracts if they have been separated for a minimum of 3 months.

All facilities honor an active compact license.

First-time travelers with the right experience are accepted.

Day shift may vary to meet the needs of the unit, including weekends.

Start times can be flexible at 7 am, 9 am, and 11 am.

Travelers will receive their schedules in 6-week intervals, similar to permanent staff.

The variable schedule would be set in advance, and any changes will be discussed with the traveler beforehand.

While occasional schedule adjustments may occur the day before, availability will always be checked first.

The unit adjusts staffing based on patient volumes and prioritizes voluntary flexibility among permanent team members.

Call requirement includes three weeknight call shifts and three weekend call shifts, based on a 6-week schedule.

Call response time is 30 minutes from being called.

Floating is required.
