Description:
Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) provides specialized care to patients undergoing cancer treatment, including chemotherapy, radiation, and symptom management. They monitor patient responses, manage side effects, and offer emotional support to patients and families. The RN collaborates with oncologists and the care team to develop individualized treatment plans. Compassion, clinical expertise, and attention to detail are essential in this role.
Provides specialized care to patients with cancer, working closely with oncologists and other healthcare professionals to administer treatments, manage symptoms, and provide emotional support. They may be involved in various aspects of patient care, including assessment, medication administration, symptom management, and patient/family education.
