**Job Title:** Registered Nurse **Job Specialty:** Inpatient Oncology **Job Duration:** Permanent **Shift:** Nights **Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week **Experience:** At least 2 years of oncology or Med/Surg nursing experience **License:** Indiana RN license or compact license **Certifications:** BLS required, Oncology certification preferred **Must-Have:** – 1.5 years of Oncology or Med/Surg experience preferred **Job Description:** – Utilize various medical equipment including vital machines, bed alarms, bladder scanners, EMR-EPIC, SCDs, Bi-pap machines, suction, and lifts – Perform tasks such as managing central lines and conducting AM draws – Monitor patients receiving 24-hour chemotherapy but do not administer chemotherapy or care for radiation patients – Work 12-hour shifts with the potential to float to other departments such as medical, Med/Surg, and ONT – Manage a nurse-to-patient ratio of 5:1 in a 22-bed unit – Adhere to the dress code of Caribbean Blue – Direct hire opportunity requiring acute setting RN experience – Eligible for sign-on bonus and possible relocation assistance
