Description:
Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) provides specialized care to patients undergoing cancer treatment. They administer chemotherapy, monitor patient responses, manage symptoms, and offer emotional support. Oncology RNs work closely with oncologists and other healthcare providers to coordinate individualized care plans. Compassion, attention to detail, and oncology-specific knowledge are essential.
