Description:
This position involves working in a 30-bed inpatient unit.
Care is provided to patients with malignant hematologic disorders.
Stem cell transplant and CAR-T infusions are conducted on the division.
Many research protocols are conducted in the unit.
Day/Night rotations occur every 2 weeks.
The RN to patient ratio is 1:3-4 for the day and evening shift.
The RN to patient ratio is 1:4-6 for the night shift.
Travel RNs will not be expected to infuse stem cells or CAR-T cells.
