• 2+years Current experience in outpatient oncology and infusion – Required
• Port/Catheter/Fistula experience Required
• IV Cert./Peripheral IV Insertion experience – STRONGLY PREFERRED
• BSN – Preferred
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing – Required
• Current NH RN licensure – Required
• NO NEW GRADS
• ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certificate Required.
• BLS Required
• ACLS, ONCC Preferred.
