**Must-Have:** Candidates must possess the following skills to be considered for the role.

**Job Description:**

– Provide comprehensive oncology nursing care to patients in a specialized surgical oncology unit.
– Administer and monitor chemotherapy treatments and manage central lines.
– Utilize various types of equipment including chemo, epidurals, and PCA pumps.
– Maintain patient records and documentation using Meditech electronic medical records system.
– Work collaboratively with a team comprising 6 RNs, 1 Charge Nurse, and 3 Patient Care Techs on the night shift.
– Ensure a positive and engaging environment for patients by exhibiting a positive attitude.
– Adhere to unit guidelines and policies to maintain a high standard of care.
– Participate in orientation and ongoing training as required.
– Candidates with a positive demeanor and strong engagement in patient care are preferred.
