Job Description:

– Work in the Surgical Oncology unit on the 8th floor with 35 beds.
– Collaborate with a day shift team of 6 RNs, 1 Charge Nurse, and 3 Patient Care Techs.
– Manage patient ratios of 1:6 using Meditech EMR for documentation.
– Operate equipment including chemotherapy delivery systems, epidurals, and PCA pumps.
– Perform typical procedures such as chemotherapy administration, managing central lines, and medication drips.
– Demonstrate a positive attitude and engage effectively with the team.
