Job Description

Submission Requirements

• 2+ years of OB Experience- Required
• Must have completed 1 Travel Assignment – Required 
• Must be able to function as a 1st assist and Scrub OB – Required
• BLS (AHA) – Required
• ACLS (AHA) OR ALSO Certification – Required 
• NRP – Required
• STABLE Certification – Required 
• Fetal Monitoring Certification – Required
• BLS Cert Can pend – all others must be active at the time of submission.

• Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty

Certification Requirements

• ACLS (AHA)

• FHM
