Must-Have:
Chemo experience required
Required work setting experience: Med/Surg
Required skills/experience: Cardiac monitoring and emergency response; telemetry – remote monitoring; use of rapid response teams
Required gastrointestinal case skills/experience: Colostomy care; feeding tube care and management
Required IV therapy/phlebotomy skills/experience: Accessing ports; blood product administration; central line blood draw; peripheral line care/management; PICC line management; starting IVs
Required oncology experience: Chemotherapy administration; monitoring chemotherapy
Required medication experience: Heparin; insulin; PCA
Required neurological/psychiatric case skills/experience: CVA; pre/post neuro surgery; spinal cord injuries; traumatic brain injury; experience with surgical drains required
Required respiratory case skills/experience: Chest tubes; CPAP/BiPAP; nasal cannula; non-invasive airway management; oral suctioning; oxygen face masks; portable oxygen tank; pre/post thoracic surgery; tracheostomy management
Required professional knowledge and skills: Isolation precautions; wound care/wound vac; continuous bladder irrigation experience required
Cerner experience required
Teaching hospital experience preferred
Trauma level II experience preferred

Description:
Position will involve a patient average daily census of 32.
Position requires working every other weekend.
Will float as needed within the facility.
Candidates should discuss schedule requests with the manager.
Local candidates are accepted with no radius restrictions.
RTO restrictions ideally limit to no more than 5 days.
Client may call off up to 36 hours per 13-week assignment without financial penalties for cancelled hours.
Any additional hours cancelled will incur charges.
Special requirements include floating within scope to meet facility needs.
Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays.
Candidates with 18 months of experience are preferred, subject to job description exceptions.
All required certifications must be from recognized institutions.

Lab appointments, documentation, and badge photos must be completed promptly after contract signing.
Modules may include non-billable up to 16 hours; clinical module hours may vary.
