**Job Description:**

– The role involves data collection and providing care in a neurology unit.
– Expected to work with various equipment including cath lab machines, biplanes, guidewires, catheters, balloons, stents, and closure devices.
– Utilizes Meditech electronic medical records system.
– Performs procedures such as thrombectomies, cerebral angiograms, carotid stenting/angiography, aneurysms, AVMs, and intracranial stenting/angiography.
– Candidates should demonstrate clinical competence and maintain technical knowledge consistently.
– Preferred qualifications include Neuro IR proficiency and experience in comprehensive stroke centers.
– Requires a flexible and personable demeanor, with the ability to deal with stressful situations and stand for long periods of time.
– May float to body IR, radiology, and cardiac cath areas as needed.
– Dress code involves wearing scrubs (color/attire not specified).
– Participates in a neurovascular course and a hospital-approved abbreviation course if required.
