Job Description:

– Participate in the care of patients in the Stepdown Neuro unit.
– Provide high-quality nursing care to patients recovering from complex neurological conditions.
– Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement patient care plans.
– Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
– Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
– Document patient information and care in electronic medical records.
– Educate patients and their families about the recovery process.
– Respond to medical emergencies and provide support during acute changes in patient conditions.
– Engage in continuous patient evaluation to ensure optimal outcomes.
– Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality care.
– Attend bi-weekly orientation sessions to align with facility standards and practices.
