Description:
This is a contract position for an RN in a Neuro ICU.
The unit has 24 beds and is staffed by 69 professionals.
Patient ratios are 1 RN to 2 patients.
The types of equipment used include ventilators, ECMO, Prismaflex, Tablo, Impella, IABP, Swan, and ventriculostomy drains.
The unit performs procedures such as tracheostomies, arterial lines, central lines, chest tubes, and ventriculostomies.
The ideal candidate will be team-oriented and open to feedback.
The dress code requires navy blue scrubs.
Teamwork and culture are emphasized in this complex ICU environment.

Candidates with skills in CVVHD and ECMO will be given preference.
