License: Registered Nurse (RN)

Certifications: BLS, NIH

Must-Have:

– BLS certification
– NIH Stroke Scale certification
– Experience with MedSurg Assessment
– Proficiency in pharmacology and MedSurg skills

Job Description:

– Work in a 40-bed neuro unit
– Collaborate with a night shift team consisting of 1 charge nurse, 7 RNs, and 4 PCTs
– Manage patient ratios of 6:1 during night shifts
– Use EMR Meditech equipment efficiently
– Foster a positive team culture
– Adhere to dress code: Navy blue scrubs
